If you Cancel your Holiday You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
180 days or more before date of departure: 20% of total cost 179 - 100 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost 99 - 0 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Due to the varying nature, availability, and cost of healthcare around the world, travel insurance is an essential and necessary part of every journey. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to ensure protection and get compensation for any cancellations or trip interruptions with any cause, as well as for other unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies and travel disruptions.
Any date changes made within bookings will be subject to a non-refundable fee, please contact us to clarify this.
This amount must be charged at the time of changing, and any tour changes made without this payment are not valid.
When moving the date, the full payment of the tour must be made.
When moving the tour date, the Cancellation Policy above is no longer valid: there will then be 100% cancellation fees.G Experiences reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or other factors beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives if possible.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the chosen tour or activity. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Passage Holidays before booking.
Travelers are expected to follow local laws and respect the customs and cultures of the destinations visited.
G Experiences is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the tour. Travelers participate at their own risk.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess the required travel documents, including a valid passport and necessary visas.
